"Conservation is conservative," Governor Jon Huntsman said at REP's 2nd annual Theodore Roosevelt Banquet.


About 200 people attended the banquet, held at the Hyatt Regency, within sight of the Capitol in Washington, DC.

Mike Stafford of Wilmington, Delaware, received the Grassroots Member of the Year award.
