No car is needed for the conference. Take a taxi from the airport. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Disney World.

Rooms are $126 per night at our conference rate (which includes the hotel's "resort fee"). Call 800.588.4656 to book your room directly with the hotel. Identify yourself as with "REP Republicans for Environmental Protection." The deadline to secure a room at the conference rate is October 10, 2008 (one month ahead of the event). Thursday, November 6
9:00 – 5:00: REP board and staff meeting

Friday, November 7
9:00 – 2:00: REP board and staff meeting

2:00 – 3:30: Open Session. Chapter leaders and all other members are encouraged to join the board and staff for discussion.

4:00 – 6:00 ConservAmerica board meeting

6:00 – 7:00: Cash bar gathering in "Crickett's" in the hotel lobby.

Dinner: All members who arrive in time and want to join us will walk to a nearby restaurant for our traditional "Dutch Treat" Friday night gathering. Contact Ruth Fish for more information. Advance notice is required, so we'll know we have enough space for everybody.
