Republicans for Environmental Protection is dedicated to restoring the GOP’s great conservation tradition, best exemplified by the vision and leadership of President Theodore Roosevelt. One of the ways we do that is by endorsing "green" Republican candidates for Congress and the White House. See below for REP's endorsements in 2010 election cycle.

Mark Kirk - U.S. Senate, Illinois
(Won primary, February 3, 2010)

A.J. Otjen - U.S. House, Montana
(Defeated in primary, June 8, 2010)

How to Seek REP's Endorsement

We invite Republican candidates for Congress who are interested in endorsement by Republicans for Environmental Protection and a possible campaign contribution from REP PAC to contact Government Affairs Director David Jenkins. He will send you our 2010 Congressional Questionnaire.

State Endorsements

Official REP chapters are authorized to endorse Republican candidates for state and local offices. If you live in one of the REP chapter states—California, Colorado, Florida, Michigan, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Washington State—and wish to seek its endorsement for a state or local office, please contact the chapter president through the state link.

In other states, REP will make endorsements in selected races for state office.
