Proud to Praise 'Em!
Listed below in black italics are the names of the 31 House Republicans who voted against the pork-packed energy bill, which passed the House on July 28 by 275-156. The list is a curious combination of green Republicans, fiscal conservatives, and one libertarian, plus two Californians and a slew of Floridians who oppose drilling for oil off the shores of their states.
Listed in green italics are those who voted against the Pombo Species Extinction Act.
The eleven who voted against both bad bills are shown in bold green. Hearty REP cheers for them all!
